In order to provide the ultimate service for its clients, the KGTC Translation Center accepts, processes and carries out orders for written translations, as well as for all the other services provided by the center (written translation, consecutive and simultaneous interpretation, notarization, apostil, certification, localization, voiceover and dubbing., e.g.) online.

Online is a system of long-distance collaboration and service over the Internet.  With the help of this system our clients and partners can receive the necessary translation services  in a safe and secure manner, as well as make payments to our company’s specialists in the most convenient way at any time and from anywhere in the world.

In order to make an online service request, you will need to fill out a corresponding form on our website, write out the work order and attach the files to be translated.  You can follow the same procedures to make your request via e-mail, if you prefer not to fill out the online form.  Our manager will verify the authenticity of the information you submitted and will get in touch with you within one hour (during normal business hours) at the telephone number you provided or via e-mail to go over the details of your order (the cost, the deadline, and the delivery terms).  You can likewise submit your request directly through our internal system “Your XTRF project”.  Once you go through all the steps of the system registration process, you will have access to the Online Service options.
The Online Service is available in real time 24/7.

Payments for translations performed in an online regime can be made using a bank card or e-money:

• Webmoney
• Yandex.Money.

Payments for orders submitted through our Online Services are only made by the client after both sides have agreed on the terms and conditions of the order and have confirmed the Purchase Order sent to the client via e-mail or fax.  Payments are made as 100% prepayment for services, specified in the Purchase Order, with the exception of instances where exact file statistics are impossible to calculate.  In those instances the prepayment shall be no less than 50%.
